April 6 @ 10:30 am - 1:30 pm

Please join us for our 2nd Kimball Hike on Sunday, April 6, 2025 – arrival between 10:30am and 11:30am for some food, fun, and learning. There will be giveaways and prizes to encourage learning about our environmental topic – Water – and our emotion topic – Surprise. After this pre-hike excitement, Lisa will lead us on our journey — hike starts at 11:30.
Location: Meet at the Pillar Point Bluff parking area on Airport St. in Moss Beach (near the Half Moon Bay Airport). Airport St. can be reached from Route 1/Cabrillo Highway from Cypress Ave. to the north or intersecting with Cornell Ave./Stanford Ave. from the south
Description: Join Lisa and family for a walk along the Jean Lauer Trail and Frenchman’s Reef Trail at Pillar Point Bluff, offering views of Mavericks big surf area to the south and Fitzgerald Marine Reserve to the north. Moderate rise in elevation, otherwise easy trail. There is an ADA accessible toilet at the parking area. Dogs are allowed on leash, for those of us with dog-sensitive family members. This is not a drop off event.
