Santa Cruz Harbor Hike

What: We’ll walk along the west side of the harbor, then down the east side, with a break at the Crows Nest Market, then head back.
When: 11am-1pm
Meet at 11 am at Mariner Park, on the west (north) side of the harbor (bring handicap placard for free parking). We’ll meet in the grassy area near the bathrooms. This is right by Aldo’s, 790 Mariner Park Way.
Route: A walk circumnavigating the harbor and back (more than 3 miles total), with a stopover at Harbor beach near the Crow’s Nest at about 12 noon. Perhaps also a break at Frederick Street Park. A flat walk mostly free of car traffic, and friendly to bikes, scooters, dogs on leash, and strollers.
Bring: Hats, sunscreen, backpack with stuff for beach stopover, things on wheels, water, dogs on leash. Snacks and/or lunch can be purchased at Harbor Beach.
