Welcome to SFASA’s 13th Annual Adult Autism Conference
What: SFASA’s big annual conference, with practical information, inspiring speakers, and meaningful connections. Featuring keynotes, breakouts and a big resource fair with dozens of providers. For the second time we are returning to the Crowne Plaza Foster City. Your in-person conference registration includes breakfast for early arrivals, a full lunch at either 11am or 11.45am, access to all conference sessions, networking opportunities, and our resource fair. There is also an optional Friday evening kickoff mixer at the hotel for an additional fee.

Audience: Focusing on the informational needs of parents, caregivers, siblings and professionals who have responsibilities to plan and care for transition-age and adults with autism and related developmental disorders.
Topics include: Legal Planning, Financial Planning, Housing, Self Determination, Supportive Services and Employment, Clinical Care, and Technology. Register here
When: Saturday, October 10, 2026, 8am to 4.15pm, breakfast available at 8am, introductions and keynote session starts at 9am.
Where: Crowne Plaza Hotel, 1221 Chess Drive, Foster City, CA 94404. Plan to arrive before 8:45am if you would like to be present for the introductions – the official program starts at 9am. Free parking — available on either side of the building, with additional parking available in the west side parking structure. (Resource Fair providers, please unload at east entrance before parking.)
Resource Fair: A vibrant resource fair with over 40 vendors – come visit and receive a ton of information and up-to-date offerings for your loved ones.
Meals: A light breakfast will be served 8am until 8.45am and a buffet lunch will be served at 11am or 11.45am depending on the color of your lunch ticket. There are options for all diet types.
Tickets: $200 per ticket (includes access to the recordings) Register here (For regional center reimbursement: you can ask your case worker to reimburse you under Parent Training in the IPP or through your self-determination budget.)
SFASA Members: Free admission to the conference and mixer but registration is still necessary. Become a member today! Members – Please log in at sfautismsociety.org as a member, with same profile/email used for your membership. Select number of tickets (depending on your level of membership. single = 1; dual = 2; family = 2). Once in your cart and you checkout, it will zero out.
Sponsorships ($950 to $10,000): Still available. Please email [email protected]. There is room for a few sponsors to have a Resource Fair table, however we are out of $400 vendor tables.
Scholarships: Limited scholarships available. Like many organizations, we have experienced increases in venue, catering, and audiovisual costs this year. However, we continue to offer both partial and full scholarship opportunities. To inquire, please email [email protected]
Friday night mixer
An evening mixer Friday, October 9 at 5pm to 7pm at the Crowne Plaza, for members, speakers, sponsors, and those who specifically purchase $90 mixer tickets ($290 when combined with the registration). RSVPs are necessary for all attendees.
