Mission Statement

Peninsula Ballet Theatre inspires passion and creates joy through live classical based dance productions through a collaboration of dedicated artists, artisans and supporters.

PBT School fosters a community of inclusivity, nurtures the love of dance through a strong discipline based in classical ballet technique, and gives students abundant opportunities to perform in both school showcases and alongside professional dancers in Company productions.

Making Art Accessible

Every great community deserves great art that is accessible to all. We are proud to offer a limited number of dance scholarships through our Gift of Dance program as well as conducting a number of outreach programs to local schools. We partner with organization such as San Mateo Police Activities League to provide a variety of dance and performance classes Our hush free performances for groups such as Autism Society of SF Bay Area. provides a safe and fun environment. Our Community Access Ticketing program provides outreach to social service organizations throughout San Mateo County .
