SMART Goal Worksheet
Write the goal you have in mind. A simple, basic statement.
What do you want to accomplish? Your goal should be well-defined, detailed, and clear.
How will you measure progress? Qualitative & Quantitative measures. Indicators of success? KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) are often used.
Is this a realistic goal? Can you reach this goal taking into account your time, skills, finances?
Does this goal meet our mission, vision, and values?
What is the deadline? How often do we need to assess the progress on the goal? Set a start date and a finish date. You can also document expected milestones (significant points of achievement).
Our S.M.A.R.T. goal stated in one or two sentences. Revise and clarify the above.
