Something Fun for Everyone! – Sunnyvale
Autism Society San Francisco Bay Area to Host “Something Fun for Everyone” Family Festival in Sunnyvale on August 15
We at SFASA are excited to announce that we are hosting our 3rd Annual “Something Fun for Everyone” Family Festival on Saturday, August 15, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Sunnyvale Baylands Park.
Designed for individuals with autism and developmental differences as well as their families and caregivers, the festival offers a welcoming, inclusive environment. The event will feature live music performances, including headliner JD and the Shout, interactive arts and crafts, carnival games, and a scavenger hunt with prizes. Attendees can also enjoy exclusive access to barnyard buddies from Animal Assisted Happiness.
The festival will have a plentiful resource fair with community vendors dedicated to the special needs community. And will offer a selection of food options, from lunch to classic festival treats like popcorn and snow cones.
Attendance is free, with optional ticketed activities and food available for purchase. Please invite anyone in your community who you think would benefit from this amazing event. SFASA is dedicated to expanding awareness and support for individuals and families impacted by autism across the Bay Area.
“This event brings our community together in a fun, supportive setting where everyone can participate at their own pace,” Leslie Davis, Director of Operations and Fundraising for SFASA.
