South Bay and East Bay (Alameda County) Website: https://fcsn1996.org FCSN is a large nonprofit in Fremont serving children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families. Family Support Gatherings are where special-needs children and adults, their families, volunteers, and friends are gathered together for fun activities every Saturday alternating between the Fremont and San Jose locations. ​
